Subdivision and Lot Creation

For most lot subdivision and creation of lots that are not serviced by municipal sewer, Department of Environment requires the lot(s) to be evaluated for the suitability of an on site sewage disposal system to determine lot size. We will work with your Survey company to determine what lot size is needed to meet not only your county regulations, but current Department Of Environment regulations as well.

We offer both Septic Camera Inspection Services and Well Testing Service. If you are purchasing or selling your property, if the system of well water is not functioning or not up to code, it could mean an upgrade which could be costly. Having the septic and water inspected before you buy could save you the hassle of an unexpected installation after you purchase. Having it inspected before you sell, gives you the peace of mind that everything is functioning and could save a costly court case.
We also inpect systems for building development as well. We have both COWI and ESSE Training for Onsite Septic Inspection for Real Estate Transactions.

We are certified Installers of Advanced, BioPro, Peat and other Innovative systems. Extremely small lots often pose a problem when trying to fit conventional systems, some of the new technology allows us to design a system with a much smaller footprint.
Conventional systems seldom seem to properly fit with a commercial operation, as the systems usually need to be so large that they are no longer feasible in terms of where to place them. Advance Treatment units function along the same lines as a seawge treatment plant and pretreat the effluent before its released in to the soil. Because of this, they can treat much higher volumes and stronger effluent than conventional systems, they can discharge to a much smaller disposal area. The other upside to the is that they are often modular in style, which make expansion much more feasible without have to replace the entire system.

Water Testing Services

We provide Mineral and Bacteria Tests. When you are buying a new home, it is highly recommended that you get your water tested to make sure there are no harmful minerals, or bacteria, in your drinking water.
Tests:
Basic: This is your most basic test, testing only for the presence of E.coli and Coliform in your water.
Level 1: Basic test plus Arsenic, and Uranium.
Level 2: Level 1 plus Lead, Chloride, Fluoride, Nitrate/Nitrite, Sodium, Iron, Manganese, Sulfate, Magnesium, Ammonia, Calcium, pH, Alkalinity, and Hardness.
Level 3: Level 2 plus Bismuth, Cadmium, Copper, Thallium, Potassium, Aluminum, Antimony, Barium, Beryllium, Boron, Chromium, Colbalt, Molybdenum, Nickel, Selenium, Silver, Strontium, Titanium, Tin, Vanadium, Zinc, Bicarbonate, Phosphorus, Ortho-Phosphate, Silica, Turbidity, TDS and Organic Carbon.
